The UConn Huskies play an FCS opponent, the Merrimack Warriors (0-1), at Pratt and Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field on Saturday, September 7, 2024.

The Huskies are excited to host Merrimack College for their first-ever meeting with the college. Since upgrading to FBS in 2002, UConn has faced at least one FCS opponent every season and is 20-2 overall in those contests.

The first game versus the Air Force Falcons was a tremendous challenge for Merrimack. The fourth quarter saw Merrimack’s first points of the game as they battled to get their offense going.
